Rivers Referees holds two day seminar









The Rivers state  football referee council is set to organize a two day  seminar on the changes of the laws of the game .



This was contained in a statement issued by the chairman of Rivers state referee football council Deima Dennis Charles 


The statement revealed that the event which  is with the theme:  learn to understand football and officiating will commence on Friday at the Dame Alice Lawrence Nemi Lawson model  primary school , Elekahia in Porthacourt  by 11am


It added that there will be presentations of certification for participants 


Organisers of the event disclosed that Rivers state commissioner for sports Christopher Green is expected to be in attendance. While the King of Bonny Kingdom  Edward Asimini Pepple the third will serve s Royal father of the day



CaF and NFF instructor Peter Edibe will be presenting papers on the occasion
