OFO Blast HYPREP over lack of Support for sports

  The Ogoni football organization has taken a swipe at Hydrocarbon pollution remediation project over its failure to support football to sponsor any major sporting event in Ogoniland  The secretary general of Ogoni football organization Nwiido Celestine told our correspondent that they have written severally to HYPREP to sponsor a football tournament in the region but to no avail  Nwiido Celestine who doubles as the chairman of Khana football council said the apathy shown to sports by HYPREP hasn't helped sport especially football to grow in the Ogoni region. He said though the remediation agency has been helpful to Ogonis in other areas such as health but football is not part of their agenda which is worrisome.
