RT Honourable Dumle Maol Gokana championship cup gets kick off date

 






The RT Honourable Dumle Maol 's Gokana championship cup football tournament tagged Gokana 2025 is set to kick off on the 23rd of November with B. Dere taking on Kpor in the opening match of competition 


Chairman of the local organizing committee Christian Kpenu  made this shortly after the local organizing committee meeting at RT Honourable Dumle Maol ' s constituency office in Mogho community.



He said the participants which include all the recognized communities in Gokana will be competing for the sum of 15million naira as prize money 




The chairman Of the LOC. Christian Kpenu also disclosed that every logistics have been put in place to ensure a hitch free tournament 



He added that  all the participating teams have been mobilized with the sum of two hundred thousand naira each to prepare their teams ahead of the tournament,  adding that the sponsor of the tournament and deputy speaker of Rivers state House of Assembly RT  Honourable Dumle Maol is ardent sports lover who have the passion for the growth of sports in his constituency.



He called on all the participants to intensify preparation for the tournament as there fantastic individual prizes to be won apart from the prize money
