INAUGURAL OGONI GOLF KITTY TEES OFF IN PORT HARCOURT

 









In a bid to promote the Sports of Golf in Rivers State, the Ogoni Golfers Association will on Saturday 1st November 2025, tee off its inaugural Golf Kitty at the  Intels  Golf Club in Port Harcourt


A release signed by the  Coordinator of the tournament, a veteran golfer and a renown Sports Administrator in Rivers State, Mr.Loveday Deemua indicates that the maiden Ogoni Golf tournament will attract notable Ogoni golfers like Sen. Ben Birabi, ⁠Hon Joe Poroma , ⁠Dr Honour Sirawoo  ⁠Chief John Yowika


Others expected at the event   are, Princess Joyce Nule ( Former President Lady Golfers Association of Nigeria ) Mr Edward Eresu Deekae, ⁠Engr Godwin Barika  ,

Dr Legbosi Yamaabana

And a host of others


Accordingly to the statement, highlights of the event will include awards presentation , topnotch entertainment and conviviality.
